Both 105 and news on 122 have disappeared..... anyone any clues? I've jolly well missed eastenders and am mighty peeved!

I too have lost prime, paid up till Oct. Had this prob before, cut us off before time, I will try and phone am, if I have to go down tomorrow in this heat, god help them. Sad that I am missed Enders and that so p----- me off!

LNB's are 'selling like hot cakes' during this heatwave!



Take your box into 'Dodgy' and get them to test it.



If it tests OK on their system, chances are your LNB - the 'gizmo' that sits on the end of your sat. dish is 'rooted beyond repair'.



The gorgeous 'Dodgy Dollies' will arrange for a coupla guys to replace the 'rogue' LNB - cost to me was 70 notes [TL] - very reasonable!

Ours went off yesterday and we have just been into Digi this morning and they re-set the card and told us to try it when we got home. Tried and still no programme. The have told us that we will have to get an engineer out at a cost of 70 tl.

As this appears to be their problem due to the number of people effected I will refuse to pay. I hope everyone

else affected refuse to pay as well.

Had the same problem in May, paid 30tl for a service that did not work so they replaced the box for free.

The new box seems to have more channels.

This is obviously a digiturk problem. I phoned and got the same response " We will send you a signal and that should do it ", Well It didnt. I also reset the system , still the same.

Does anybody out there still get the BBc channels ?

Also lost Euronews.!

I was having problems Wednesday night and yesterday during the day as I kept checking because last night was the bit where Denise walks through the door(Eastenders) . I did the easy installation yesterday fternoon and got it back. Remember if you missed Eastenders last night, it's on again at 5.30 today.

We lost loads of channels including BBC Entertainment - did the EASY INSTALL last night and they are all back.

I must have an old box because all mine has is Install, and from there channel select...No mention of easy install.

Am I dong something wrong?

For re-installation press the OPTS button on your digiturk remote - then SETTINGS - then Installation - then Easy Installation and that should update everything for you.
