Would that be 568 cL(cc) bottles then?

I thought real ale had to be draught, or am I misinformed? Not to slag newcastle though, it's a nice, decent brown beer and that's hard to find here. I can't remember the last time a bar I went to served anything darker than your basic lager.

Re ; msg 5

Hi again Keith - Sorry about this mate ... and yes it had to me to correct you on this - that's something of a private joke between the two of us.

You wrote "Would that be 568 cL(cc) bottles then?" and ... :-(

... 568 cubic centimetres (ie. cc) = 56.8 cl

Sorry, but I had to ...

msg 16,

I just KNEW that I should never have tangled with you...

as you have kindly pointed out, I meant to say "...568 mL(cc) bottles..."

malsancak,

I don't THINK so...

that would amount to an error of approximately 0.17605633802816901408450704225352 % - I am not altogether sure that crumpy would consider that to be within the acceptable tolerance range...

Although any NORMAL person would

aah, but liquids expand with heat! I believe this is why I have put a little weight on recently and has nothing to do with the beer

Hey Keith ... talking of maths and beer, the other day my fiance and I were in the Cyprus Queen ... and were looking at the menu - I was about to tell the waiter that 3.50 TL for a 50cl Efes and 5TL for a 70cl didn't make any sense, but my fiance persuaded me not to ... maybe when I retire I will start leading a "normal" life

crumpy,

next time that you're in there , shout "Keith" - really loud...

If you spot someone edging towards the exit, who do you think it will be?
