| deecyprus4 Couldn't agree more! To understand Israel you have to read the history of The (Mayer) Rothschild dynasty. Israel is their plaything. No chance of Peace. It is outwith of the Ashkanazi Jews Philosophy There is a good precis on Rense.com. wyn |

| Anyone who knows just a little about the Isreal/Palestinian situation (including some politicians in Washington) is fully aware that this 'Peace' effort will fail. Like the Cyprus problem - but quite different - a long term settlement can only come by evolution. The Palestinians have lost most of their land and the Jewish settlers are unlikely to leave. The best hope, I guess in another two or three generations, is a single completely secular state (no religious parties allowed) for all the people of the region with equal citizenship. They will, of course, have to change the country's name, Possibly the 'Holy Land' might be acceptable to the three main religions with links to this area? The Cyprus talks will also fail. I think they will give them yet one more year but, after the end of 2011, the EU will start to recognise the North as a separate entity (under Turkey's wing). Then, with new generations, both sides can begin to co-operate with each other in areas of mutual benefit. |
