Good Day to all concerned,



I have used cyprus44 on a number of occasions when the need to ask for specific local knowledge. I have found the responses very informative and always helpful to my requests. I thank all the people who have taken the trouble to read and those who have replied. I find Cyprus44 most helpful and I always recommend anyone who is visiting North Cyprus to read it!



To that end, I wish to take this opportunity to relay and thus highly recommend the name of my Property Manager should any person be in a position of looking for a reliable and trustworthy Agent.



I came to North Cyprus in April with the intention of finding a Property Manager who was reliable, conscientious and actually did what ‘It says on the tin!” That is, if I had a problem he would fix it as soon as possible and sort out details of costs, payments etc at a more convenient time. Being resident in England I needed a Property Management Agency Team who I could contact and act on my behalf



I put forward Greg Keenan and his excellent Team to anyone who may now, or in the future, be looking for a reliable Property Manager. The recommendation is not a slight on any other PMs who are probably good at what they do, only the fact being that I have found a very good company and wish to share it with others.

Just visited one of the apartments at TBV.

Brilliant company really went out of their way to accommodate our late booking and arrival,

They were there at midnight to hand over the keys.

good to hear a recomendation from Turtle bay village , is it Sharon management heard they are excellent ?, good to know that arriving at midnight there was a meet and greet , will def pass on this info to others .

Sorry you got it wrong again, it was actually the folk from GPC (GLENCOE) who did the meet and greet and seen the people into their apartment as I personally know who did it, but I am glad you recognise excellent service from a great company, I changed over to them myself recently.

Many thanks for the testimonial and to everyone else for the kind words and support, however it would probably be best if nothing were said as these things usually degenerate into mud slinging as is now starting to happen
