Just heard that Amanda from Amanda's Auctions has lost her battle with cancer. So sad.

Pat I'm so very sad to hear this really sad news. I only spoke to her in the restaurant a few weeks ago. I had no idea. Our condolences to the family.

We also had no idea she was ill what terrible shocking news. Our heartfelt sympathy to Omer & Richard who I believe also lost his natural father not that long ago what a dreadful thing to happen at such a young age.

Amanda was always so bubbly & full of life we just cannot believe it.

Amanda died at 3am this morning in hospital in London, we received a call from Omer at 6.45am this morning to tell us, all her family were with her when she died and she new they were there.



A very brave lady and good friend our thoughts are with Omer and Richard and all the rest of her family.



She will be very sadly missed by all who new her.

Likewise we did not know that Amanda was ill and our heartfelt sympathy goes to Omer and Richard and Amandas Mum and Dad. When one has to face a battle in life and has to find the strength to get through it, sometimes it is easier to cope by not telling anyone.



Such a brave, remarkable lady who will, for sure, be missed by so, so many friends.

I am so so shocked at hearing this news and I pass my sincerest condolences to Omar, Richard, her Mum and Dad.

Amanda was a truly lovely person to know always bubbly and full of life, she really made the fun of Auctioneering an art.

Having known Amanda since she worked at Ian's Auctions and since she took, over it was a great shock to hear through the Kibris grapevine of her death. My thoughts and sympathy go to Richard and Omer at this sad time.

She leaves happy memories in her wake. Sad to go when so young.

We have just heard the news, my Dad is devastated, he was only emailing Amanda (Mandy) a few weeks ago. She organized our belongings to come back to U.K when we had to leave. You know since seeing this news today and it seems we all did not know what our friend was going through, i have done nothing but cry,She helped us so much we we were ripped off by the people who had the brasserie before us, i loved to go to the auctions to hear her, god she could sell snow to an Eskimo. Here memory to me is at Brian Balls Auction Green Jacket Bookshop, whereby getting the best price Brian and may god rest his soul who say no i want it to go to guido, god it was a nightmare. She did some charity auctions for me also, what a star heaven has. Richard your mum was loved is loved. Omar I'm so sorry. You have many friends here and if we can do anything please contact us. x

my heart goes out to her famıly and she has an amazıng son . amanda rang me few weeks ago from lefkosa hospıtal to check flıght prıces we were chattıng . There is a Condolence book for people to sign ın the 'All occasions' Card shop in Karaoglanoglu. But for those that can't make it.....İ will print off the above messages and put them in for you.
