| I think it would probably be just as cheap to continue to pay their standing charges than pay for a re-connection charge when required. |

| Depends on where you are. In Lapta, for instance, the Belediye will remove your water metre while you are away, so long as you don't owe any money on it, and re-instate it within a day or so when you get back. I think it cost us 20TL but then we paid no standing charges at all during the time we didn't have it. Don't think Kibtek does the same. |

| Standing charge in Lapta, last year, was 27TL and around 40TL alternative months. It may have gone up over the past year. As for paying on line, certainly this was not a service that was available in Lapta. Up to the office each month, payment in cash. |
