Hi all



could someone in the know please advise with regards to maintenance fees. I've got a letter sent from the management company with regards to the monthly fees now being due for the turquoise bay complex. I'm buying a penthouse on phase 2 of the complex and it isn't ready yet. I take it i'm right in assuming that these will not apply to me until I do the final handover when it eventually gets complete?

Might be better to wait for Greg to answer update on TURQUOISE BAY post . hope this helps.

I would contact Jewells or Greg in the office, there must be a few of you in that situation. We returned from two weeks on site at the end of July and it will be a little while yet until phase 2 is finished. We are paying ours but have already spent three weeks staying on phase 1 and enjoying the area. Hopefully you will not have to long to wait.
