There is a beautiful green and red bird flying and landing in our garden. I know nothing about birds but know this is somebodies pet. We are between the Sempati and Santa-Fe apartments if it belongs to you.

Right guys not funny any more there are now 2 of them the other one is blue. Bella (the dog) ate the bread we put out. Half way through dinner the blue one flew onto the ledge above our heads, running about with pool net and then we wonder why the Cypriot neighbours all think we are mad!

Will keep trying

Chris

p.s. Message 5 Jock1 will send it to you it can keep the other bird company!!

Sorry no sign of either of them today and despite our best efforts last night could not catch them. Will get in touch if I see the blue one about today.

Also seen a small, bright, pale blue bird (budgie?) flying in Malatya a few weeks ago.

Unfortunately the birds were not here yesterday and I have not seen them today, so starting to think the worst.

Lulubell,

I have asked the neighbours to watch out for them as well as I really would like to see your little granddaughter get her budgie back.

Chris, thank you so much how kind of you,I am really worried about the eggs that she had laid,I think now it might be too late to save them but if we could find Bubble that would just be so great.I too fear that something horrible has happened.Again thank you so much.

try to keep the eggs warm, look at how to make a simple incubator in google. its possible they could hatch without the mother.

But then you might have problems feeding the chicks.

My friend hatches all his quail eggs in a incubator.
