Internet running slowly/dropping

My Extend internet seems to be very slow & constantly dropping in the last couple of weeks. I have done a speed test & (when it works) it is 1.02 download & 0.25 upload, I know I am paying for 512 so what does this all mean?

Hi Gwyn (ex Internet Club) & now Extend agent has rung me to say that my speeds are good. We have therefore come to the conclusion that I have an intermitent breakdown in my cabling so she is going to book an engineer to call - how about that for service!

extend- internet service in Esentepe keeps dropping out , very annoying and impossible to use skype.

So which one is the best internet service? I'm with Meta - which is certainly good value for money.

we are with extend and ours keeps going down to, something to do with the signal we have been told and it should improve...yarin
