"Our contributions to TRNC were around 400 million USD the previous year, and they will be around 600 million USD this year,"

So what does that say/mean to you?

Depends what happens to the extra 200 million. If its put to a good cause then great. If its frittered away and wasted by the hangers on in the T.R.N.C. then not so great,

Paul.

So very true Paul, but things are changing here if you look around. Its a young country and government but most people forget this. Is the UK government any better, with not wasting tax payers money? No they jusy put the taxes up and now look whats happened.

Toots,

I agree with your sentiments, but until the parasites are shown the door this young country will continue to stagnate,

Does this count as further evidence, suggesting that Turkey does not see a Cyprus solution?

What does this mean exactly? 'e-state' suggests to me computerising government services and internet services. That I shall watch with interest. If it comes off I shall be amazed. What chance some of it in English?

"With the protocol, TRNC will replace bureaucratic state with electronic state," Turkey's Transportation Minister Binali Yildirim said during the signature ceremony in Ankara.

I will believe it when I see it and I am sure that the 'Unions' will have someting to say about this. Replacing thousands of useless paper shufflers with an electronic system - they won't be having any of that

Paul
