I am currently looking into the possibilities of creating a Multi Sport and Leisure Facility all at one site within the areas of Esentepe and Tatlisu offering all year round activities, these will include : Archery- French Boules (Petanque)- Target Golf- Montain Biking and Pony Trekking - and possibly Clay Pigeon Shooting,

all subject to government approval, anyone having experience in these sports and would like to get involved, then please contact me .

Hi John,

We at Esentepe have been waiting patiently for the new marina which seems to have come to a grinding halt .So I hope that you go ahead with this, as it would be absolutely great to have something like this on our doorstep. I am sure it would be well patronised by residents and tourists alike and is much needed down the east coast.

I have been discussing my proposals with Yusuf the owner of Sinya Restaurant Kucukerenkoy who have given me the given the go ahead , this is the ideal venue as it has the land to facilitate my projects with the added bonus of a bar and restaurant which can be used as a club house, other actives being considered are Crazy Golf, kayaking, Children's Play Area.

Sounds good to me John. And just about the right time to provide this kind of thing around the Bahceli area, things seem to be moving forward at pace out here.

Excellent project Captain John, we wish you all the best in your business venture. We would use your facilities once they are completed, especially the clay pigeon shooting. 40 or 50 bird english sporting, skeet or automatic ball trap, like them all.

Hi John,

We play petanque at JK's bar here in Lapta (which is in the west!) might be an idea to get some kind of league going once the weather cools down of course.

Chris

p.s. interested in the archery as well but a bit far to travel from here on a regular basis.

Is there a pony trekking here , I seem to recall last year in Bahceli a lady with a group of riders who were traveling along the coast road, I think she had the horses transported

I've started archery couple of years ago, but the archery federation was not active since then, so i have attended only one competition.

I heard that new management of federation has started archery again in Lefkosa. may be we can contact them.

Or we'll do our best here as a recreational facility.
