If you want sky tv, which includes BBC1, 2, 3, ITV 1,2,3,4, Channel 4, 5 and all the films and football, in Famagusta at the Mosque roundabout there is a shop which sells and installs it. Its about £350 to buy and install then £100 per year to watch. Very good service and very good quality. Small mesh dish.

I know many people in the Iskele area that have this and are very pleased with it. We dont as we are not out there enough. Friends had it installed this summer and sat in watching Corrie and Emerdale!!!

Lots at Hilltop/Safa Koy have it. We are looking at it for 2 years time when we hope to be able to stay for 6 months.

small mesh dish?? doesn't sound like satellite TV to me.

Some of those channels are not available even on a 4.2m dish.

Its most probably some sort of distribution using the internet.

Those small dishes are used for data transmission by some internet providers.

My thoughts too Iceman. £100 a year is a bit of a clue.

Def not internet.

There must be some owners on the east side that have it that can give more info than me! Alot of the local bars that side now have it too.

I think the new Bumble Bees at Bogaz has it as I know they have Sky Sports, sky 1 and all the BBC and ITV channels on their big TV!

Most have the old solid dishes but the mesh ones are new.
