Wheelchair needed....asap

3 days in to our 90 day stay, my better half decided to collapse in the heat. As she fell, has badly sprained her knee and is unable to walk. I desperately need a wheelchair!

Can anyone help? I will beg, steal, borrow or even buy.

We are in the Esentepe/Bahceli area.

Contact the Cheshire Home at the bottom of the Bellapais road. They will lend you one [providing they have one spare] in return for a donation.

Failing all the above you could use Tom at Enable Holiday Mobility. He will deliver a chair to you and he also has motorised wheelchairs which are a godsend with the pavements (or lack of) here.

It was lovely to meet you today and put a face to a name.

Thanks for the wheelchair, it's a Godsend, Sue has seen the swimming pool for the first time in 4 days, and it will make things a lot easier for us (my back can't take much more lifting) Now I can get her outside, and with the help of friends we'll get her in the water for some gentle exercise.
