where do you pay your road tax?

I went down today using the directions given on another thread but couldn't find it. On the other thread it said it is down a road behind the hospital. Is that Karakiz Sok? (on right, directly after hospital if heading into the centre of town from Pia Bella). I saw a building that looked like a gov't building, had a big portrait of Turkeys president on the outside. Further down was a little roundabout with Ezic Peanuts.



Any detailed directions would be most gladly welcome.

Go past the hospital (heading towards Kyrenia town centre) and take the first right (there is a small blue sign on a tall pole that says Kaymakamlik). Take the next right turn and then the next right turn again. The first large building on the right is the building you want. Unfortunately none of the signs above the door relate to car tax. You may find it difficult to park in the car park of this building but no problem in the next building along which is the Kaymakamlik (District Office).

On entering the building you take the only door which is over on the left-hand side. When you go in, the car tax windows will be immediately on your left. There are about 4 in total.

The office is open from 8am to 1pm.

I think the easiest way to find the tax office is to go past the water roundabout heading towards town and take the next left, only 10 yards past. The tax office is on the left hand side, you can park outside on the block paved drive. When you go in the door the last window is the one that deals with car tax.
