I have seen a large number of posts asking if this builder or that estate agent can be trusted when looking to buy a new property.



Why wait for one to be built?



Have you thought about buying a resale property with all the benefits that brings?



We have a beautiful 3 bedroom villa in a stunning location on the sea side of the road at Catalkoy. It was built by Ozyalcin, one of the longest established and most reputable builders and was completed less than two years ago. To be honest, we really don't want to sell it, but due to a change in our circumstances, it has to be sold.



The real benefit of buying this resale property is that it is finished and fully furnished so you can see exactly what you are buying. All the snagging has been done so you don't have those problems. The 5 x 10 metre pool is full and has been regularly maintained. The roads, street lights, water, electricity etc, are all in place so the villa is ready to move into right away.



The asking price is £165,000 which is considerably less than the villa cost to buy and furnish etc. But without an estate agent we would ask £160,000.
