In the Beledisyrie. Go past Atakara toward Lapta and about half a mile up on the right the office is there. To pay downstairs to apply go upstairs.

Coming from Alsancak on the main road turn left opposite the hut bar, go to the top of the hill to a T junction turn right, then about 50 metres turn left opposite the old church. At the top of the hill turn right and then about another 50 metres the road forks. Park somewhere here and walk up the left fork and you will the office on your right across a small bridge.

From Alsancak to Lapta, as you enter Lapta after the petrol station turn left ( hairdressers shop think it will say hilltop and golden springs). At the next main cross roads ( left takes you back to Alsancak) before the start of the ravine road going up turn right. Follow until you come to a fork and I think arch, the offices are on the right. There normally would be running waterfall on the left but do not know if it has dried up.
