Alternative to web based email address?

Site that Im trying to register with throws this message up when I try and register ' All web-based e-mail addresses are banned automatically', Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail any ideas(No company email address)

ttoli, who is your service provider, they usually supply you with an e-mail address

The webmaster of the site do not want fake subscriptions like on this site C44. They want honest subscribers. If you really want to register I'll be pleased to make an email address for you on one of my domain names. You only have to use it once to subscribe. You beat me to it Hans, don't forget to redirect the adress in case they need to verify from the e-mail they recieve.
