in all fairness to the eu, direct trade would shatter utterly any hope
of the greek cypriots being able to continue to apply pressure on n.cyp
...and maybe that is just too vast a step for the politicians at this time
funny the german bloke was indisposed, that country works in harness
with nicholas "inappropriate" sarkozy, their voters mostly dislike turks
but spare a thought for poor cristofias:
having pulled the plug in 2004 any deal he is may achieve as of now is unlikely
to include any "territory" this time around and therefore be impossible to sell
there must be many ways around the blockade though and stubs hints it leaks
