Hippo, Acorn was a brand mane for plastic water pipe fittings which were push-fit in the UK some 20 years ago. If it is push-fit fittings you are looking for, then Cagra on the main coast road out of Girne towards Karakum sell them, they also sell the pipe and pipe inserts too.
