Text below the Stumble Inn road sign (road Alsancak-> Lapta) reads: "Sorry closed". I saw the owner/manager write this text and he said: "Belediye problems". More details unknown to me, had to drive on.

Something to do with the previous owners not paying their taxes and of course here in the trnc all debts go to the new owner.

when mick took over there was a outstanding tax debt of £4,000 pounds mick said he would pay half which he did the previous owners have not paid there agreed half also there is a issue of work permits

Normally, for any transfer to be effected all tax liabilities have to be cleared before the transfer can take place.
