It is so ironic that Azil Nadir, having fled like a thief in the night, returns to the UK and gets millions of pounds of free publicity and media coverage, whilst demanding that he be given justice. I for one hope that he gets just that, cleared if innocent punished if guilty. That’s what generally happens in a civilised country. What a shame that this is not possible in the TRNC and the residents of Kulaksiz 5 and others in a similar situation cannot have proper justice. Where is their justice going to come from in such a corrupted country? Has anyone had one single positive response back for a UK MP or MEP because I haven’t yet?

Well done Bradus ... unfortunately no reply from my MEP ... though seeing as I have lived away from Gloucestershire for so long, replying to me is probably not top of his list of things to do :-(

Bradus 'I have had a very positive reply from Nick Clegg who has now referred me to William Hague, foreign Secretary.' Don't expect a reply from William Hague any time soon as he has embarked on a damage limitation exercise regarding his sexual preferences. I think he is going to be busy for quite some time! AJ

I like to say yesterday is history, tomorrow a mystery and today is a gift..live it as best you can thats all we can do..but except the things we can not change, Have courage to change the things we can so if by sending letters to MPs might help and it makes people feel better by doing something its much better that doing nothing at all...I did start a thread one Demonstrate Demonstrate in thousands to be told it is against the law here..but its is not to rob someone of their homes ! So I say good luck to all the people who are helping other become more aware. Spider,X

You could have easily googled it.I just wanted to see if anyone would've been able to work out the true meaning, thats all. AND; I'm not interested in hearing someones life story on an open forum, nor I'm going to give mine. May I also take this opportunity to remind you of the fact that you now live in Turkish Repuplic of Northern Cyprus, where the language used is turkish. |

Yorgo, I think we should hold Asil Nadir, until the TRNC give us our unencumbered kochans. Then to ensure fair play, we could return him to The TRNC, with Gary Robb. Just my thoughts thats all. wyn

DeaconB, Good point. That should draw comments from Musim and Yorgu. I wonder if he would swop his villa in Lapta, with ours in Esentepe, only I think his has probably got a kochan on his. Dont think he would have shown the same tolerance as we have had to with our builder, if he had not. wyn

My mum use to say stand up for yourself because if you don't,then no one else will... And standing up for yourself defines you as being a person of pride, who values your morals and beliefs...going with the flow, dismisses this and allows you to become one of the many sheep in this world...And I believe there are far too many sheep for my liking.

I would handover all the expats crooks and absconders from justice in the blink of an eye. I don’t believe any of this,” I can’t get a fair trial in the UK” nonsense that they come out with for a second. Lets start a 'dob in a crook' thread and see if we can identify any. There are many crooks in the TRNC it is true but most of them are in the guise of ministers, advocates, builders and estate agents how many of them will the tin pot government give up?

Well shouldnt imagine they are any differant than some of the ones I know too and think my experience may be a little more than yours unfortunately. And Justice comes in many ways. AS the thread started Nadir has chosen to go back to UK to clear his name and must think he has a fair chance and at least hes got one but no doubt there will be many posts saying hes never going to get one cos its the UK government ! Just as the Kulaksiz 5 wont as its the TRNC government. If anyone has read David Ikes books Im now begining to think he was right and not a complete madman Just as Angels and demons and the da vicini code were a bit near to the truth. Governments who would have them!

A N would not have returned to the UK if things had not been "sorted out" he knows a lot about what went on then and he is for sure not the only culprit, funny how he returned only "AFTER" the election, coincidence? I think not.
