| We have just published the latest legal questions from Naomi Memhet on Lincguide.
Subjects include
Fixing the roads, Charges against your property , Permission to purchase, Secret assests, National Service, Getting married , Buying property, residency, Site maintenance, Bank loans on property and probate.

| Pete excellent read and good information knowledge is power additional question on the probate issue:
1.How long should probate take with all the information to hand
2.Are there death duties as in the UK after an estate reaches a certain value
3.Also if the monies are in a joint bank account how does the surviving spouse access monies for survival or paying |

I thought this was quite an important post for people in Northern Cyprus so have added this comment to get it above the blocked dishwashers and Rooneys love life posts...
