Small to med in size, female, no collar. Long hair alsation X type all black.

She's been hiding in the empty block of flats along the Lambousa market Road Lapta for about 3 or 4 days.

She is terrified and wont come out.

Water has been put down for her but she is very thin.



Anyone know her?
