Anyone know some nice bars for "single" women (no not just women) ( no I am not les or bi)

Just somewhere you are not pestered or approached all the time? T2B is ok early! not late, can get awkward, some others are appalling talk about mucky old men! lol!

well you surprise me, as i thought all were safe. I get a lot of single ladies in ours and they go about, never once have i heard bad things. Ok the harbour you will get hit on. Make friends with other single ladies, and enjoy x

Just for information, I spent several hours recently in a bar on a Friday night and it was packed where there were a group of 4 very pretty ladies ranging from 16 to I would guess mid 30 ish, I do actually know them through ones husband and the others are her sisters and oldest daughter, I also spent quite a while talking to a lovely lady (Hi Mollie) at the bar who I also know is married and I would have to say that several people who know me but not the ladies I mentioned approached me and questioned my intentions.

As far as I am aware they all very much enjoyed themselves and I was quite impressed that several people were making sure I behaved myself because they were not aware that I knew the ladies concerned.

I would have to say that this gave me the impression that my lovely wife would be safe and enjoy herself in this bar whether I was there or not.



The name of the bar is The Fez, Catalkoy.

Try Bar8.8 Alsancak Friday 17th Sept ! always a safe and great atmosphere with Sabena and Huysein ! and you wont be able to hear any "chat up" lines anyway ha ha regards

I usually travel alone and always stay at The Fez. Never once have I felt intimidated by being in the bar on my own - everyone's friendly, the staff are terrific and I feel totally safe there. Apart from that, nothing is too much trouble. Try it and enjoy!

Every bar in the north Cyprus is safe for womans. What are you thinking? we are Barbarians or smthin? Hey this is not primitive country and that questions is simply inhumliating turkish cypriots.

I have been in bars across Europe and UK and bars are not safer there.

So what will be your next question? Are we still using camels instead cars? or married with four womans?

The lady never mentioned anything bad about TRNC, this question could just have been asked about any town in the UK, she never said anything about camels, barbarians or anything esle.

JK's bar in Lapta not a problem for women on their own as I sometimes go in to wait on hubby coming back from golf! Bar staff friendly without being pushy.

The Fez is run by a lady, perhaps that helps

Turn right at Catalkoy turn off just before Lemar's

Recommend food (rather UK) and they take GBP

Nice atmosphere always call in

I would say all bars and restaurants are safe in Cyprus plus Cyprus is one of the safest places to be for a woman on her own I never known it to be other wise and i have been living here .

But please do come and try Park Lane Restaurant and Bar Alsancak we are open 7 days a week and is for all ages

Park lane Bungalows Alsancak

is a small family complex open to all 8am till late ..........

7 days a week for all the family come for a swim, relax have a meal or just a drink you will always receive a warm welcome

The Fez is just off the main road from Girne going East towards Esentepe. After Ozankoy, ass Lemar Supermarket on the left, then slow down after Supreme Supermarket also on the left.
