A student from Cheshire, Tomas Lever, is in talks to buy Pompey.



Tomas Lever hit the headlines om the MTV reality programme Living On The Edge in 2007.



He said "it's a business. I'm doing things with land at the moment and thought this looked interesting"



Lever is a life-long Man Utd fan.
