SORRY my fault misread posting, it was an old posting that came to top of C44 list, Tony's posting was jun 09, pity, he should be allowed back on the forum! His poating was on residency posting. Why does the forum allow postings over a year old to continue to be commented on? Rules & Regs change so much that it gets confusing when new posts are added to old posts.

I agree with you only this weekend we have had posts from 31/2 years ago and 2 years ago. It is confusing but then so is banned members on here with new ids.

As I have said in mess 4 SORRY I got this wrong Minertor is not back and he is not posting under any other name. He is a family member that is why I support him, the fact that he was banned due to bad postings to DC I felt was over the top. However even DC himself on this thread (mess 2) seems not upset should he have been allowed to recommence postings. I have requested Forum Admins reconsider in an email, let us just wait and see what happens.

=> Of course I'm not upset (anymore...)! After all this is a Bulletin Board to help each other and not a Declaration for the Fourth Anglo-Dutch War... And I'm against life long bans in any case. So. I support your request to Izzet and the moderators to lift the ban on Minertor (and others!).

Quite often on this forum, some people post comments that other feel offended at and respond badly, also sometimes the way posts are worded causes others to get upset about. If this happens then those that get upset should ignore the posts unless they are directed directly to them. I know quite a few members who are great people but sometimes the way they say things do cause offence. Tony (minertor), may have replied as he was offended, maybe he should have ignored them. He may also have sometimes upset others, maybe they should have ignored his comments as well.



In all walks of life people get upset & cause upset, life is to short to go off on one just live & let live!

japeal. I didn't go off on one. Tony did direct abuse at me over a posting that didn't involve him and everytime I answered any other post he started on me again, not only him but Denize took over when he was banned bringing up the same subject.

Hello my old Liz - yes, I have to agree, I think the man has lost the plot completely. You see, what the hell happened to Jillyjugs and John-Goode when Clifhanger and Doppelganger and Dogeared arrived? They appear to have dissppeared as if by magic.



Liz, as I said, he has completely lost the plot - the only thing I don't undertstand is why more people don't see it?

I don't know what Minertor's crime WAS but I hope that enough of a sentence has passed to allow a rethink.. if only because he supports Leeds Utd... I realise that this might be enough to ensure a life ban in the eyes of "no. 1 Doyen" ;)
