| I was following an ambulance (with all it's sirens and lights going) into Ozankoy village a couple of days ago and unfortunately it was lost and stopped to ask the old guys in the coffee shop directions. It occurred to me that I know nothing about first aid and never been on a course and living where we do it would be extremely difficult to tell an ambulance (especially as my Turkish is not good enough for that) how to get to us, in fact someone would have to go and meet it. I have read that 112 run first aid courses but I am really unsure that I want to be fully involved with 112 for no other reason that I am quite squeamish and not sure of what use I would be in an emergency, however I would like to learn some basics for if we injured ourselves or (god forbid) collapsed etc. Is there a charity that runs these as I would be more than happy to donate for the information I would receive. Maybe Nurseawful knows of somewhere? Maybe a first aid course could be organised for do |

| Maybe other like minded people on this forum would like to get together? Maybe I should just get to 112? I would appreciate any feed back. Thanks |
