cratos hotel being a pain playing very loud music and then launching fireworks at 2am in the morning nearly sh*t the bed

seems that there is alot more noise from friday night to sunday night now then there has ever been



at least the fez and others have it all done an dusted by a suitable time



thinking they might get into trouble soon as the muck is not very happy either

If the place has got a licence then the muck will have to stay unhappy wont he?



I never heard any fireworks at 2am,i heard them earlier,it was a celabration of bayrem and a end of bayrem concert,the police that where there had no problem escorting the 1000s of people out of the place when it was all over.

I think its time for some to take a reality check and come to realise that times change,,and change for the better,this island is and will start to move forward,not backwards as some would wish.

dave your raki must have numbed your ears as i know it was 2 am as i had to pick up my family from airport at 3am



got no problem with people enjoying themselves but fireworks at 2am is not very friendly



people come here for the peace and quiet and gentleness of the area its getting like las vagas



we will have 2 have 2 injections next year for test when the erotic bar opens !!!

it was bayram and there were posters all over for the bayram weekend celebrations...its alright for new years fireworks all night so why not for us at Eid?? fair play to them..

Trouble is things change ! Cratos was just a grey concrete threat years ago and no one thought it would ever happen ! unfortunately changes are innevitable yet they are trying to promote TRNC with their oppulant surroundings ! if you look at Cyprus Today or the Star you will see pages of photo's of ex pats enjoying themselves at the opening of the "english pub" mostly from the area ! I've lots of experience of "noise intrusion" being noisy myself and always worried about the people who dont appreciate why ! we have our own issues where we live that are far more worrying than noise ! good luck to all ! Dave if you went to Happy Valley you'd get knocked of your seat by whoever they have at Shayna ha ha rock on ! regards Barry
