Just had to say what an inspiration Jane Nubley is . How many remember her as the bubbly lady at Chateau Lambousa (and Watermill Bingo sessions) always raising money for those less fortunate than herself? How many know she went to U.K end of last year for the sake of her husband's health; had a mammogram as a result of which she lost both bosoms, and now her hair due to chemo. But whose was the brightest smiling face at the NCCC\T coffee morning today and who had the most infectious laugh as she endeavoured to get a tan on her bald head and joked of doubling for Little Britain? Yes, our Jane come back to share the Cyprus sun between bouts of chemo. The fight is not over and the battle is not won, but if determination, optimism and courage are anything to go by, she should win! Thanks, Jane. You are an inspiration to all of us who moan over nothing, and to all who have to undergo painful medical treatment. Thanks for inspiring me!

jane even though you are in pain you still remembered to come with a smile and a present for my layla when you heard she had another operation and then again on her birthday mon you really are a wonderful lovely lady and so strong good on you jane love you loads keep the spirit there and to alan you are wonderful too debbie ,mus ,layla xxxxxxxxxx

Cancer has no respect for age or gender, to hear this tale of such a resourceful lady is enough to lift the spirits of anyone. I hope and I pray you remain positive. With your attitude you have the best chance of beating it. Keep your spirit girl as you most certainly give hope to others.

I think she is absolutely fabulous - she has such a positive outlook and a great infectious laugh - in the short time she has lived here she has raised a great deal of money for different charities without lots of publicity in the newspapers - she is looking great and loves being back in her beloved TRNC with the mountains and sea. She said that being here had given her more strength to be positive. All power to you darling Jane you truly are an inspiration. Loads of Love and happy birthday and wedding anniversary for Friday.
