I think All Occasions card shop in Karaoglanoglu lets bouncy castles.

I am not sure whether they let their bouncy castle but I know that the owners of Beach Lagoon in Lapta have a bouncy castle. If you are in the area why not ask them as I am sure you could come to some sort of arrangement.
