I am trying to arrange a regular get together with Turkish Cypriots who wish to improve their English and the English speaking people who wish to improve their Turkish. It is anticipated to be a social get together rather than a class.

Paul of Longbeach Resort in Famagusta has kindly offered us the use of the premises and the coffee will be on the house!!!

I will try to arrange an equal number of Turkish speaking people to match the English.

Venue: Long Beach Club, Famagusta

Time: 8.00 p.m. Wednesday 20th August.

Those interested please let me know privately with names and telephone numbers. My e.mail: ismetus@gmail.com

What a fantastic idea İsmet, great way for Brits to make Turkish friends! Any chance of doing the same in the Girne area????

We'll be over at the beginning of October, staying at Long Beach, can tourists join in?
