Hi, sorry, I am sure that someone has asked this before but does anyone know what the tax is on imported cars - thinking of buying a new one in UK and driving it over.

thanks in anticipation of good advice.

If you put car import into the search criteria above you will find numerous threads.



Personnally would not bother. there are so many dealers here looking for business I am sure you would be able to buy what you want.



If you buy in UK then import expect to pay at least 60% of Glasses Guide valuation here.
