Rudeness of Sue at The Hut

All you would be customers of Sue at The HUT in Lapta be aware !!



Yesterday I popped in just before opening time !! I had to drive my car off the main road through the partially opened gates to avoid my car being half on and half off the pavement ! I also had my two young babies in the Car so obviously safety first.



The rudeness that came from this woman was alarming whatever happened to I am sorry we are not open yet if you give us 5 minutes we will be ready to go ?



Or was it I had young children with me and that puts customers off ?



Or maybe she was was suffering from PMS ?



Whatever she was there are no excuses for blatant rudeness !!!!!!



Customers are people and people pay your bills !!!



I hope somewhere down the line you you are treated as badly as I was yesterday Sue !!!

'We love and serve our fellow men' seems to go out of the window here when it is hot. Come on guys - see both points of view. Maybe Sue had a bad day, but as St.Paul said 'love is never rude'. So, let's all try to love and serve our fellow men a bit more - on both sides of life.



And of course, we all make choices as to where we go and why, so maybe Mackvikis would like to choose to go back to The Hut, but is afraid to do you. Maybe she doesn't want to stay away, and if she did, I am sure Sue would hate to think she has lost a customer.

I am sure Sue would not be too bothered about losing a rude customer. Sue is always very jolly when we have been there and the food of course is fabulous. Trying to enter an establishment when the gates are not open (with children in the car) and before opening time. is definitely down to bad timing and not Sue being rude. She was probably trying to get ready for customers before they start arriving.

The only person saying that Sue was rude is macvickis and I don't believe him for one second.

REMEMBER there are 2 sides to every report .



you have said sue was rude but failed to elaborate on how or in response to what .



At the time you arrived chris would have been cleaning up and inappropriately dressed to serve SUE would have been buy in the kitchen, NO ONE WOULD HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE TO SERVE YOU. Prior to 12 noon who needs punters like you FOR ffs

I for one was very disappointed with the Hut, I had heard so much about it on the forum so went there. The service was dreadful. They ran out of specials and it was only 2 o'clock. The meal took ages to come and the drink I ordered didnt arrive at all, I dont think I will be going back

I have been to the Hut several times and never once has Sue been rude, and given that she is rushed off her feet for hours on end, you can expect to have some negative response from her when people are early.And as for not having drinks delivered to your table Chris is the only one behind the bar, stand and wait so he may serve other people after he as served you.

We drove into the Hut on sat after this man opened the gates. We knew they were not open until 12 this was at 11.40, but we thought we would give it a go....no harm in trying! Sue was talking to the man and them came over to us and said sorry but they were not ready to open yet and that the other man had opened the gates and woud we mind coming back later. Not rude at all, in fact very pleasant! we got petrol and went back no problem. Ginty...there is a full menu and the specials are just a little extra and as the Hut is a lunch place and very busy running out of the delicious specials is not surprising. There are not waiters and there are signs up asking people to order at the bar...you would be lucky to get your drinks served to you a the table.

Your loss if you dont go back!



They are nice people and work very hard......dont take the mick!
