When sending a text to TCNC do you need to add a number prefix to the moblie number?

texts within NC (on local sim card), just number

texts within NC using UK mobile 0090 or +90 (then drop the first '0')

texts from UK to NC using Uk mobile 0090 or +90 (then drop the first '0')

e.g. if local number is 0533 123456 you need to text to +90 533 123456
