at the moment we are currently with Dopi, but since it's become so bad we want to change to a different system, probably the satellite cyprus system.

Does anyone know if we can use the dishes we have now for the satellite cyprus system? It would save a lot of money!

'satellite cyprus' are merely providing a different receiver ( one capable of showing HD content) to allow reception of one of the satellites you already get channels from on Dopi.. [ from nilesat ]

Many of these free channels e.g MBC 2 / 4 / action, BBC world ,etc aren't scrambled.

So.. if you are a Dopi customer who doesn't want to pay a sub.. you have all the kit you need to receive the free channels, anyway

'satellite cyprus' are 'grey market' 'agents' for Abu Dhabi Media Co's pay tv service... only folks in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Chad, Djibouti or Somalia are 'supposed to receive it...

The cost of the receiver - including a years sub is 999 AED ( dirhams) = 175 GBP ..

http://3ways.admcsport.com/en/satellite.php

'satellite cyprus' want to charge you 495 GBP - I make that a gross margin of 320 GBP... :o

Anyone that wants to see the HD Premier League system in action - you can see it at:-

Altinkaya Rooftop Bar - Ozankoy, The Old Bazaar - Girne, Pine Bay - Alsancak, Rooftop Bar - Alsancak, The Castle Pub - Karaglonaglu, The Crow's Nest - Karaman, Fez - Catalkoy etc. etc.

Better see it for yourself and speak to satisfied customers then, make your own mind up.

Don't forget, we also do Orbit Showtime packages for the ladies UK (Dramas and Soaps) and plenty of other packages including Nilesat (the one mmmmmm doesn't like) which suits people with holiday homes that don't want to pay a subscription - 20 English speaking channels (see the line-up at satellitecyprus.com or, north-cyprus-information.com/north_cyprus_satellite_tv)

AND with modern TVs, on the Nilesat FREE channels you can move the subtitles off the screen

What has THAT got to do with your 'plan' to attempt to RIP OFF members ?...

Anyway - you gave ME an idea - I need to look up some contacts of mine in the biz and ensure folks can pay a MUCH fairer price than you are touting.... those margins are extortionate.

Is this your latest attempt at bad-mouthing a TRNC business? Deary me!, it's starting to get boring.

Your lack of knowledge of running a business in the TRNC is obvious - BTW, I thought that you were an expert, but you forgot to cost-in the dish, the LNB, the cable, the labour for installation, KDV, overheads and taxes, guarantee etc.etc. Please stop, your too easy!

Kindly tell us where I was technically [ or in any way] 'incorrect' ;) ..

This 'axe-grinder' has regularly informed posters that Nilesat systems make good systems for those who can't have 1.8m/ 4.2m dishes and wish to have some entertainment channels in English...

As I don't supply kit for Nilesat (and Iceman specialises in SKY systems) where is the truth in your 'attempt' to discredit my TOTALLY correct info ?

My 'axe' is 'sharp' when I see folk being duped into paying for systems that I know won't last / or I see someone SERIOUSLY overcharging.

Dear Washerman..

as this thread was started to help members find alternatives ( and I am thinking of the members ) I've already found a site charging 20 percent less than you..495 EUROS.. not GBP - and even THAT is far too much - when the RETAIL price is 175 GBP

http://www.3pmfooty.com/admc.htm

I have contacted some folks in the Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt and I'm quite sure we'll be able to help the members get even more competitive prices...

Back to the original thread.

Thunder4......unfortunately, members are too frightened to get involved in these types of thread, because they know that mmmmmm (or, someone similar) is going to come in and turn them into 'just another slanging match'

They make biased comments based on untruths forcing the legitimate company/s to defend themselves and the threads turn nasty.

Whilst I know that there are probably 20 or, more clients of ours that are members of this board, they are probably just too frightened to speak out.

Go to one of the places that I have listed above and speak to the owners. They will be more than happy to tell you about our system.

>>This is not about helping members, its about another attack from mmmmmm on a local business! <<

the 'patriotic' stance doesn't 'wash' ... that was just one example I could post quickly... we already KNOW the cost of the receiver - RETAIL- is only 175 GBP - the ave. wholesale price - to legit agents is 140 GBP.... 200% gross margins on sat receivers is not sustainable.. you are not going to be able to profiteer for long.. and WHAT will happen next year when the second subscription is due...?

What will you charge above the going rate, then..? Can you *guarantee* supply? - bearing in mind how Showtime 'closed down' the grey market pirates and the price of legit cards went through the roof...

If I can ensure that members can get this Abu Dhabi TV for a much fairer price, I may not be 'helping' you - but as I'm not supplying it I'm hardly 'biased' .. this board is for helping members, right ?

Cant see what all the fuss is I am watching Arsenal v Spurs in glorious HD no probs no freezes. I have had no problems with my cardsharing company so dont know what all this rubbish is about they cant do card sharing anymore. I think alot of systems depend on the internet here which is slightly quicker than gettting your deeds now and again we get probs but because of the internet but normally fine.

Do you want UK programming or something more? If you have a flat-screen TV it will probably have a video input that can connect to your PC, whether it's a desktop or a laptop. You can get yourself a UK VPN (I use my-private-network.com, but there are others) for £5 per month. You can then download programmes from the BBC iPlayer or even stream them live if you've got a 1MBps link or better.

I've got the Nilesat MBC/Fox/KTV etc. package, but hardly ever watch it; the internet means that 'er indoors can watch The X Factor, Corrie, 'stEnders or even the good stuff on UK TV - for free!

6 m's against your advice I shelled out £585 to Dopi in April this year and it has been a disaster. All I wanted was the football. I can buy and Abu Dhabi HD box and card for £350 here in the uk. Could you advise me if the existing Dopi dishes can be used to receive the Abu Dhabi signal and if so your guess of cost in re aligning the dish.

Many Thanks

Hi Gallowgate,

Did you see the ad on ebay ? ;)

The existing DOPI dishes will have one aimed at Nilesat.. so all should be fine to connect up - you may need an installer to adjust the settings on the receiver to allow you to see stuff from BOTH Hotbird and Nilesat dishes [ DisSEqC setting]

Personally, I would fit a 1m to get Nilesat - to cope with the heavy rains - but with your current setup, the new receiver and card you'll be up and running in no time ;)

Be sure to get a written assurance that you'll be able to get the subscription next year...

I've heard reports that AD TV aren't too fussy and don't seem to mind folk admitting they are outside the official list of nations covered by their tv rights ..

If you want to wait a few days I should be able to save you a few quid on 350 GBP ;)

Let me know how you progress, I would much rather pay someone who knows what they are doing like yourself than be hit hard in the pocket with a useless system.

the sales of this system have not gone as well as hoped and I expect the grey market importers to cut prices further..

Washerman has kindly posted a competitor is charging 230 GBP in the UK...

Gallowgate - Cards are not yet availabe - endof

The football season will be over by the time you sort yourselves out.

My customers are watching now and, IF and WHEN cards become available - I will have them!

Next year's subscriptions are absolutley no problem. We already have OSN customers on 2nd year contracts.

So let me reflect, you can buy an AB sports package+receiver in the uk for £230.

Obviously you would put it in your suitcase so not to pay any import duty.

Then you get it home, buy a dish or 2, then try to intall them to the correct direction required.

Then feed the cable from the dishes to the reciever and connect it.

Even if all goes well and you get to have some good viewing. What happens if you do have problems? Who do you call? And will they come straight away or have to wait for a day or 2 or more!

All i can say is, the difference between £230(without any other taxes/duty etc) and what i paid for a no problem guaranteed system that i did not have to lift a finger to install is negligible! Job well done in my book!

By the way i am wondering if the local Sky installer and supplier is doing it for no profit!! Nah didnt think so!

Thanks

Paul

Dear Bamboo / Paul

re msg 47

I'm sorry but your 'cred' as an 'objective poster' is highly suspect - as you have 'appeared' recently and most of your input is about satellite cyprus...check your profile..

If you care to check out the latest version of Washerman's site ( 23/9) - he put his prices WAY up - over his earlier banner ad on here - perhaps you paid his former price ?!

Please remember that 495 GBP is the price quoted by Washerman for the receiver and card only - PLUS DELIVERY - NOT including installation - that is 546 GBP..

Most Dopi clients HAVE the dish already.. installation of the receiver should be a doddle.

No-one is suggesting that any business is a charity.. but the margins we are talking about here ARE excessive...I have a feeling you'd know that Washerman's prices took a MAJOR hike since his banner ad campaign on here.. I know dealers from other nations contacted him ( because of THOSE prices) and he never returned their enquiries..

Washerman... I already covered my prices with you - when you asked.. I note you didn't respond ..

I note you post on a website ( http://www.the-internet-club.net/) that clients need a minimum of a 1 Mps uplink from the UK...THAT isn't good enough.. and you'd be hard pushed to find anyone WITH such a home ADSL uplink speed..!

BTW... It's 2.3 Mps for a Slingbox Standard Definition and over 3Mps for HD quality ....

Washerman... in business you add *value* when charging more .. that's how it works...

What is the 'value' you 'add' going from a RETAIL price of 175 GBP to 495 GBP - supply only ?! ;)..

I'm sure you MUST be paying less than retail - what, with all your 'contacts' :D

Washerman.. going by your 'excuses' for mark-ups ( transport costs, duty, insurance, taxes, et al ) Iceman will be charging thousands of pounds.. ;)

As you told us that YOU have ordered a container of said dishes .. what will YOU be charging to install - including supply of a decent LNB/ Base / cabling, etc ?

What feedhorn will you use, which LNB, what spec of cable ?

Have you been installing dishes for donkey's years and have earnt the respect of installers all over Europe ?

Now THAT IS 'adding value'...

re 64 Washerman.

I expect, now.. having run out of excuses for overcharging - you hope that the mods will close down these threads by getting 'silly' ...

. try to stick to the point - not to deflect - by comparing a product which involves supply and fit, plus many additional parts, transporting the dish, labour, free call outs and after care,..

with

paying 'x' - adding nearly three times to x - for a 'supply only'...

Don't compare apples and oranges ..

If you want a sensible dialogue.. try to keep to the point .. and let's see what you pay for the receivers ;)

re 67 ??

1/ I would hope that most future potential ex Dopi clients ( and perhaps ) future Abu Dhabi clients will be more 'aware' of the market and will note that you suddenly offer a price match - with your own subjective caveat- so the members will see something of benefit ..

2/ WHY would I wish I had kept my 'mouth shut'? - you seem to think that Iceman is 'box-shifting' ? ;)

If you wish to do a bit of 'market research' - for your project to sell your container load of dishes - why don't you get Iceman around and ASK him what he'll charge? ;)

Hi Washerman

You asked me to check the deal on the box and card for £230 and as I mentioned it is true and valid. I can understand you wanting a margin but as I am soon to be an ex Dopi customer but have the dishes can you supply the card and box for less than £300?

Let me keep this at the top to demonstrate you can't seem to get ANYTHING right ..

As I know Iceman quite well - and he works how any sensible big dish installer would - he SURVEYS the place first.. he charges according to each job.. some need concrete bases made, some can go on the roof - he takes into account the clients needs..

I'd even go on to say that he often charges MORE than some opposition companies.. WHY? because he does the job right - sues the best materials and comes back and sorts out things if they go wrong..

Really, do you think you can deflect from your 'box-shifting' 'rip off' margin 'speculation', by 'involving' a guy who folk KNOW has done the same thing for years and 'trust' and is selling a SERVICE ?

Do you REALLY not understand the concept of added value ?

Washerman - let's deal in SPECIFICS

I'm looking at your website...it CLEARLY says 495 GBP plus delivery for the box and card...

Your install price is 546 GBP

So, AGAIN.. answer the Q.. WHAT value are you adding to justify such a margin ..? You are just box-shifting ..

Try not to be 'obtuse' .. I know your game' - you seek to close this thread ..

WHAT is the value added to shifting a box from UAE to 'TRNC' and charging 320GBP more than the retail price ?!

Installing BIG dishes requires *skill* an acquired skill - there is a labour content....

We are talking about your 'box-shifting' - so tell 'us' what 'skill' is needed to add at least 320GBP ?

When your 'container' of 1.8m dishes comes then you can *try* an compete with Iceman - I look forward to you telling us about your experience of installing such antennae ;)

How can I post e mail confirmation of a telephone call. If you called them you will know the offer is correct.

You can see the offer yourself on http://www.techdigital.co.uk/products/Abu-Dhabi-ADMC-Sports-Viewing-Card.html

There is a contact numberon their site I called it as you asked and they confirmed the offer and said they have hundreds in stock.

Sorry but thats a fact

Gallowgate -

Washerman does seem to have this ability to be rude to potential clients, and past ones - witness his comments to DC..

He has 'annoyed' me sufficiently to ensure that I will now supply these receivers for 180 GBP less than him - Delivered to Cyprus ( tax / duty paid) or 279 GBP in the UK.. That will include getting the card activated and you'll be able to resubscribe on-line for cost plus 30GBP

Naturally you can pay by Debit / credit card

Dear Washerman, re 99-101 Wow- I got your 'attention', now ;)

The members of this board will be VERY pleased... we have managed to ensure a MUCH fairer price for the receivers/ cards ..

As for dishes - I suspect you think 'Iceman' will be 'worried' about a guy with ZIP experience in installing big dishes... with a catalogue of failed biz ideas... and someone who CLEARLY hasn't the first idea about how to treat clients - whether potential or past... IF they turn out to be the same dishes.. be nice to him - you may need him to take 'em off your hands when they 'gather dust' ... !

Now.. let's be clear... I'd be a grey market supplier- JUST like *you* - the *official nations* covered by Abu Dhabi TV DO NOT include Cyprus... neither you nor I are official dealers - the difference being I'd never try an pretend some sort of 'official status' ..

WHAT is 'illegal' about my biz?

As for noting down serial / card numbers and reporting them to Abu Dhabi TV... I'm sure no-one is going to TELL YOU that now... - especially as they see how you behave.... I'd be more worried about the folks you REALLY seem to have wound up in the past doing that in the bars that you may have supplied..

You need to chill out, Washerman.. your plan to RIP OFF folk just got 'blown' and now you 'threaten' folks that don't wish to buy from you and claim 'official status' ... ?!

If someone cares to visit the official site - please could they explain why 'Washerman' isn't listed as a dealer ;) ?

"with a catalogue of failed biz ideas" - same phone number for 7 years.

Our first ever client at the Internet Club (Jean and Norman Flowers) are leaving TRNC on Friday (for good). They chose to have their last meal with Gwyn and I at Erols last night.

We had a good time, but in a way, we were sad to see them (and Bobby -poodle) leave.

FACT: .. retail price in UAE 175 GBP - *unofficial* Washerman 'grey market' price in 'TRNC' 495 GBP...

FACT: .. Washerman is NOT an 'official dealer' - Cyprus is NOT a nation covered by Abu Dhabi's TV rights for the Premiere League

FACT: Washerman says will now price match - that involves 50 % plus discounts as other folk are now offering the very same 'grey market product ...

FACT: Washerman will say "black is white" as Gallowgate has discovered... when he found the receiver for 240GBP more than 50% less than Washerman

FACT: Washerman will give 1000 GBP to anyone that buys from me and shows him the serial numbers... Now I have lots of folk emailing me to buy from me and hoping he'll pay up and they can get 3 for the price of one )))))

Folks - mmmmmm has posted more rubbish. He really does treat the board members with contempt. Here are the facts:-

FACT: .. price to buy product (supply only) in a Country a 'thousand miles away' = 999 AED - at current exchange rate = 405 TL, but try exchanging the money or, doing a bank transfer. The cost will be more like 500TL

FACT: .. you can't buy from the original supplier in UAE (on the internet) because they log your IP address and won't let you. You can always travel over there yourself and smuggle it back to TRNC, but I think the cost and risk far outweighs the possible gain, don't you?

FACT: .. Washerman actually said "and, whatever mmmmmm can INSTALL the ADMC system for - I will equal, but with a local guarantee!" - the important word in this sentence is "INSTALL" and that is why it is

capitalised. Of course, I doubt that mmmmmm will want to get his hands dirty and come over here to INSTALL the system for you - he doesn't do manual labour in 90+ degrees! AND hedoes not have a business and so, he is not allowed to trade here.

FACT: .. the company to which mmmmmm and Gallowgate refer does not sell the ADMC smart cards. That's because, at this moment in time, they are not available to buy - but, they maybe in the future and when they are - I will be installing them in systems!

COMMENT/MY OPINION: .. It doesn't stop them advertising them though, to attract visitors to their web site.

FACT: .. I telephoned them yesterday and after waiting 10 minutes on their phone system, I eventually spoke to someone who confirmed that they only have the combined receiver/card to offer. I am waiting for their email and will post it here when it arrives.

FACT: .. If and when you buy this product (supply only) from someone. It has to be transported, imported, duty and taxes paid then, installed with the appropriate dish, LNB, cable etc. mmmmmm seems to ignore these costs, but if they are non-existent - why doesn't Iceman install his 1.8m dishes for 313TL - after all, that's what they cost in Taiwan. If I am RIPPING people OFF (as mmmmmm claims) then, I suppose (by the same rule) Iceman must be RIPPING people OFF too. Of course, he isn't - there are other costs involved and he is running a business and has to pay taxes etc. - the same as me. mmmmmm's claim is preposterous, but as long as he continues to make it and the board moderators allow him to, it must also appy to Icaman and anyone else for that matter is running a business.

COMMENT/MY OPINION: ..Board members have witnessed several of mmmmmm's vendettas against certain

companies and individuals. He seems to be prepared to do and say anything to back-up his claims. Has anyone ever wondered whether, in some sort of perverted way, it is he that has (informed) on Dopi TV and is manipulating someone to ruin their system in some way. He claims to know everyone in the industry. Look at the lengths that he is going to on this occasion. He really is a nasty piece of work! OR, is this claim about him as preposterous as his claims against me?

COMMENT/MY OPINION: .. Despite mmmmmm libelling me on this board, at this moment in time, I am not going to take any punitive action against Izzet or, the board itself - why? Well (maybe), mmmmmm's claims are that PREPOSTEROUS, that no-one is taking any notice of his vendetta against me and my business in the

TRNC and that therefore, my reputation stays intact but obviously, I reserve the right to review this decision because it seems to me, that mmmmmm is getting more desperate by the minute. During the course of his vendetta, he is likely to say anything!

COMMENT/MY OPINION: ..I do wonder why the board moderators allow it to go on though. It is unfortunate and, we don't have to look very far to find solicitors, builders and estate agents who have RIPPED people OFF for their life savings. Even they don't have to suffer (targeted) online bullying, abuse, persecution and harassment (and I choose my words very carefully)

I am sure that everyone is bored with this, I know that I am, but I have to defend myself against the untruths and unfounded allegations to protect my business and my family's future - I apologise

I know that 'normal folk' don't like getting involved, but I do wonder why more people that we deal with and help on a daily basis, don't speak out in our favour (if not on my behalf, on Gwyn's behalf) - I am thick skinned and it would take more than the likes of mmmmmm to get me rattled, but Gwyn is a different matter. We have been involved in the customer service business here for 7 years and managed to keep going when everyone else around us seems to be going bust. Our family's future is invested in the TRNC and she believes that mmmmmm's rampage is damaging our reputation.

mmmmmm - Instead of writing about you and your comments, I am going to address you personally (for once) and tell you one thing - you reap what you sow!

Actually, I don't see what business would not charge the maximum they can and still attract new business.

Throughout the business world, this is the maxim. Charge an amount that enables the business to flourish and provides sufficient cash flow whilst attracting new business and being competitive with other suppliers providing the same level of service.

If Washerman can sell systems at this price and his customers are happy good luck to him.. I would point out that for many after-sales service is an important issue for customers and I'm sure his customers appreciate the ability to call them and get problems resolved if they occur.

Mark, you pays your money and you take your choice... it's not rocket science. People are free to go for whatever system they want. No doubt your campaign to damage Washerman's business will continue un-abted...

Çok ayıp.

I don't have one of their systems - so no axe to grind.

Folks - I have been doing a little research. There is a web site http://skycards.us who sell Skycards, decoders and other services - all for 'illegal' use outside the UK.

They charge in excess of £1,000 just to give access to Sky - no dish, no installation, no visit and (probably no UK tax paid)

Talk about excessive profits AND you have to pay for delivery on top!

Who does this seedy little back-street web site belong to? Your so-called satellite expert - Mark Smyth, none other than mmmmmm himself.

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black!

) 'pot calling kettles blacks'

1/ What is ''backstreet' about a LEGAL, CY based company supplying 'grey market' boxes ? New HD boxes COST 399 GBP and annual HD sub COSTS 61 x 12 = 732 = "over a thousand pounds" - hardly a ''rip off' ..Members will note *I* never claimed to be 'official' - unlike Wssherman - SKY don't officially condone the use of a SKY card outside of UK / IRL - in the same way as.....Abu Dhabi TV !!

2/ Your 'excuses' for marking up a retail price of 175 GBP to 495 are just plain daft.. as Groucho says - he says nothing 'wrong' with it... but if someone sells it for a lot less that's their business - I'd EXPECT the profiteering biz to ''squeal' and hope that the lessor price biz model would 'go away'.

3/ What 'customer service' is involved in box-shifting from country A to B' and marking up the RETAIL price 3 times ?! Groucho that price isn't for an install and doesn't include delivery ( as of 23/9!)

Folks - mmmmmm just doesn't get it does he? We supply, install and guarantee - unlike him, we are not box-shifters.

This is just a concerted campaign against us, a competitor and I think that now, everyone should be able to see that.

So, it seems that mmmmmm who lives in Gloucester and therefore, should be accounting for UK tax, is using a Cyprus company to shift his boxes.

I live in TRNC and pay TRNC tax. I wonder how much further he wants me to look into 'his' dodgy operation!

4/ talk of 'libel' ? - seeking 'help' from Imods / owner

*I asked you SEVERAL times yesterday to point out ANYTHING that I have said that is 'untrue'...*

I'm quite sure some folk ARE bored.. and that you'd want these threads 'closed' - I could 'run' to the mods and point out how 'personally insulting' you were - re my private life and that of your past clients - but I think it is relevant to see how you behave - and how you are likely to treat future clients who complain.

Lastly - I challenge you.... I will purchase a box from the company selling the box/ cards for 240 GBP - and I will GIVE it to the first person that orders it .... I give them permission to give you the serial numbers and I you will promise to pay them one thousand pounds

This will prove that you are fibbing about opposition companies that are WAY undercutting your 'rip off' mark up for the SAME thing..

So, instead of 'libel threats' I'm calling your bluff - AGAIN... do you promise to pay up ?

We are dealing with specifics here, Washerman.. you charge 495GBP plus delivery for a box and card - it is on your website... ( 23/9) ... That *is* box-shifting - what is the added value service in THAT..?!

I think I will stick with Dodgyturk. A lot simpler and very much cheaper. No installation costs 50tl monthly with films. Oh and it works.

Good point JuliaMoons ...

except that your calculation is based on the prices that someone is quoting to members... it is possible to get AbuDhabi TV for the same price as DT..

DT and Nova Cyprus claim to have pay sat TV rights for Cyprus - and no-one outside of CY would dispute that - so they are the only 100% official services for pay satellite TV....

Folks - no response to a competitor in the same business I'm afraid.

I have already given a very complete answer and anyway, now that everyone knows that he is "RIPPING people OFF with illegal Sky subscriptions, I don't see the point!

Dear Washerman, You made the challenge and now you refuse to accept ? )) Members judge for your self

re SKY tv - supplying grey market SKY stuff is JUST the same as supplying Abu Dhabi TV receivers and subs... except *I* don't claim to be an 'official dealer' nor charge 3 times retail to move a box from Abu Dhabi ( or UK / IRL ) to Cyprus

Specifically - you accused me of 'ripping off' - yet I explained the cost of the equipment (399 GBP) plus sub 732 GBP - if I was applying your biz model I'd be charging 3 grand ))

Stop prevaricating and telling fibs - I accept the the challenge you made.. !

Hi Juliamoons

strictly speaking - no - if you haven't got a dish pointed at nilesat - ex-Dopi to be clients HAVE.... So if you are a DT client - I 'mislead' you.. :(

I would expect the install costs to be less than 100 GBP and probably a lot less than that - the 1m dish / lnb / brackets cost about 40GBP

I can save you the 'bother' Washerman.. You are posting the info of an ex-G/f of mine who is guarantor for a loan - the RoC govt illegally blocked the funds of that account - stating my wife and step-son were on' Temporary Residency status' and needed to ensure that there were funds to re-patriate them to Siberia.

Members will know that that I posted about this in 2008 having won the support of the Cyprus Govt ombudsman and the EU Commission - in that

1/ RoC had not granted EU member dependant status

2/ prevent my Wife from working

3/ Denied my son right to education as a dependent of the EU national exercising treaty rights

4/ The RoC have refused to pay the recommended compensation and the matter is subject to protracted litigation.

Go ahead - Washerman - post 'facts'...
