| Paul Carrack (born 22 April 1951) is an English singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Carrack has been a member of several bands including Ace, Squeeze, Mike + The Mechanics, and Roxy Music, been a session and touring musician for several others, and has enjoyed success as a solo artist as well. His distinctive voice appears on some of his affiliated bands' best-known hits. He was born in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. |

| Ken thank you for that ! When I first met him in 1967 he had relocated from Brum (poor sod) to North London due to fathers work ! we formed a band (group in those days) and played tennis clubs and the occasional wedding etc ha ha we all had different bands ! Paul does have an amazing voice totally agree yet his keyboard playing still resembles the "georgie fame/alan price" styles (purely my opinion) therefore we parted company !I was involved in some Squeeze stuff with Difford and Holland and some studio work with M and the M,s years ago as they didnt have a "resident" guitarist in those days sadly no more. thanks for your support Friday was great to play for you all hope you can make it to Amphitheatre Saturday regards Barry |
