We have been there twice now, the first morning they opened and to-day. On both occasions I had good food, well presented and appetising. The cost is very reasonable also.

I wish them good fortune

Hello,

We would like to thank our customers for the positive comments and hope to see you again.

Snakes: thanks for your observation, given our restricted area at this time, how do you think we could improve?

cyprusboy, hope your new venture is doing well. I regularly come in for bits and pieces but have not tried your cafe yet (keep meaning to). Something you could maybe add to your menu is jacket potatoes with various fillings, just my opinion. Easy enough to do and not seen them anywhere.

Thats gives me an idea, I could open a jacket potato stall near the old harbour ;-)

Went in today and had a lovely breakfast. We were asked if we wanted a small or large breakfast and settled for the small. Lucky we did, it was more than enough and at a very good price too.

Well done and look forward to eating there again.

Shame the blonde lady has such an attitude though! I only asked if she could heat up my food (still cold in the middle) she was very abrupt, like it was my fault and that I should just eat it that way! My husbands scampi was fine, could have had a few more pieces though.

Hello Deeom ms 18.

Our only blonde employee has not been asked to reheat any food since we opened and has only served scampi once 3 weeks ago, are you sure you have the right place in mind? We know and record exactly what we sell on a day to day basis and have had no complaints at all about cold food to any of our staff in the 3 weeks we have been operating.

Perhaps you have us mixed up with another place.

Cyprusboy! Do you think I am stupid that we did not know where we ate our lunch? I thought the cafe was meant to help your business stay open.... I will not shop there anymore and we did come in once a week for our English goodies.

Also for your information, someone we know told us that they left the shop without buying anything as the girl that normally works on the till was dealing with a cafe customer and they were waiting to pay, so they put the shopping back and left! what is more important to you...an english breakfast at 8tl or a basket of shopping including ham and cheese?

Ok here we go again.

For what it is worth I have found the food in the cafe good quality and good in quantity and I have found the service very good and there are not many places that ask you whether you want your tea served before or with your food. The location of the cafe is of no concern to me as most cafes/restaurants front onto the main road.

All in all a 9 out of 10 for me.

why oh why are so many out here so miserable, I am new to this forum and only lived here for 6 months but i have noticed that thread after thread is one continuous whine, cheer up, yes there are problems but every country including my beloved England has faults. I understand there are major issues I am not refering to these, its the petty nit-picking, ok someones thread has a spelling mistake or the punctuation is in-correct so what. I expect there are plenty in mine I don't care life is good, be happy xxxxx

What a good idea reference the jacket spuds.

RE msg 21, deeom: (...) I will not shop there anymore and we did come in once a week for our English goodies. (...)

=> Thank you for your decision - so other people don't have the risk meeting someone like you there anymore. What a sad person you are.

There is a Jacket Spud place next to Molly's Cafe on the same side of the road as the Pia Bella, eat outside at the tables there or take away, lots of choice of fillers used it quite a lot at lunchtime last Dec/Jan.

why am I sad? Just stating facts, i have not told any untruths on this thread. Just because what I have to tell may be unpleasant...doesnt make me sad! In fact I am very happy!!!

The man said I was mistaken where I had my lunch?! Well all my shopping was in a bag with Bells food on...is there another Bells food?

Msg 29

I just wonder that a lot or most of your previous posts are unpleasant to other food outlets

except of course just one in Lapta ?
