Actually we are very happy even though there are a few things we are not happy with... I'd say we are 90% happy... the 10% of aggravation we can either, live with, reduce the impact of or ignore on the basis that we can't do anything else....



In the UK, we were probably 60/40... working all week and on call 24/7 so the balance has moved in our favour.
