Chips at The Village Bistro on TBV take some beating...........however I try not to eat too many

but they are great for soaking up the Efes !!!!!!!

The title of this thread says best chips on the ISLAND! Yoiu cannot beat the fish & CHIPS at Lambros at Cessac beach Dhekalia in the south. Yes some places in the north do very good chips, but some are crap, frozen chips etc

We love the fish & chips at Lambros Dhekalia too and whenever we are over that way we try to take the opportunity to have what I must say is the best fish and chips anywhere in the world let alone Cyprus...



When we can't afford to drive all that way just for the fish & chips we have found that Cod Baba do a very good plate and the chips whenever we've been have been freshly made and excellent...



One thing about Lambros - they are not open on a Sunday :(



Just in case our glowing testimonies lead members to venture out... only to be disappointed.

come and try my husbands home made chips at the grumpy grouse..... there the best ....... he also makes lush garlic mayo.... and home made salsa dip.... never had a complaint about his food yet....
