ive been told there is going to be a new bar,,,,original bar,real bar,no waiters,waitresses,a typical bar in catalkoy soon,very staylish,sexy,modern bar,but with prices to upset all other bar and restaurant owners,2.5tl a pint of beer,3tl a glass of red wine or white wine,3tl a local short,no food and no bollocks in this bar,a drinkers bar.

Sounds good to me if true,also good music and also good live music,and bands.



put your nappies on bars already running.

The government will give them a 50 years tax break, no rent to pay or social security, the electric will be free the staff work for nothing and all the supplyers will give them stock for free, so the public can enjoy their drink so cheap and they can have kareoke and quiz night every night for free.some places already do that in west of girne. so if you looking for your friend you know where to find him/her............

I am not so sure about a stylish, sexy and modern I would prefer a more traditional type bar, preferably a children and karaoke free zone.



We already have establishments here on the West side that will price match those, I suppose it is time that the underprivileged from the East can avail themselves of similar.

Zero, I take it the business plan goes a bit like this:-



1. Take on loads of debt...



2. Have photos taken with name in big letters and leased Merc. proving what a success they are.



3. Have OTT opening ceremony



4. Increase that debt



5. Make no profits



6. Owe loads of suppliers shed loads of dosh



7. Owe back taxes



8. Go bust leaving creditors in their wake.



9. Blame everybody else for their misfortune



In fact - no different to other half-baked crazy-ape-bonkers business ventures that come and go here...
