Hello... My husband and i are looking to buy a 1 bed garden apartment in SWB. Apparently there is 2 left on the complex 127 and 122, can anyone tell me which is best as i am unable to come out and view them? Apparently 127 has great views but might be a little noisy as near the water tank? Also if anyone else has a garden apartment for sale please let us know.

Thanks so much Debs

Hi Debs, I am glad you are considering purchasing on SWB, its a beautiful development we own on there too. We looked at 127 and 122 garden 1 beds, as well as the one we eventually purchased and my second choice would have been 122 (lots of sunshine on the terrace too) then 127 (as you say views good into the ravine but near the water tanks etc and not sunny). You would not be disappointed with either, but my choice would be 122GLF. Hope this helps...

I would go for 122 but then I'm biased I've got 123.

If you are buying a one bedroomed apartment without viewing you need to know if it's a front or rear facing.

The front faces towards the pool and sea and what I call the rear faces the mountains.

Also if I remember right one is slightly bigger than the other.

Hope that helps.

Hello, not sure if you have found what you are looking for, but in my opinion I own the BEST back garden apartment in Sweetwater - 125 ground left back (glb). I reserved it very early on and chose this site as it as the best unobstructed view of the mountains. It is fully furnished with Ikea furniture, beds, linen, dishwasher, all white goods, imitation log fire etc., and is available privately for only £39,950 fully furnished. All queries to me 0533 869 4250 or findhaven@hotmail.com. Only selling reluctantly due to son's school fee bill! Findhaven (Angela).
