Unused Automatic gas water heater for hot water supply on sale for 35% off purchase price (250 TL).

Excellent condition Split unit A/C hardly used for just over a year also for sale due to moving house.

Leave it installed until it is ready to be installed elsewhere - i.e. don't leave the pipes open to the air.

Get it removed and reinstalled in one go by someone who knows what they are doing.

I have no clue what BTU it is, but will find out on Monday morning when I am there...
