hi my husband and i are planning on looking for resale villas or off plan any ideas on the best location to look at. and also get some diving in where are the best places to go in north Cyprus can any one give me some ideas !

as we will be new to the region and would like to get to know where all ex pats meet up for discussions on different topics. i have been looking at the forum and can see that their are other scuba divers out there so i would like to know there feed back on the regulations on diving in north Cyprus where to go and where not too as i said before we are new to all off this and would appreciate any feed back . I also need to find out about pension schemes over there and the costs of ameanties etc gas and electric bills also the running of a swimming pool we went to korinia middle of the month but had such a short stay there that we really didnt have the time to ask all the questions i wanted to know about the place and how things work out there a bit scary really

Re. the diving contact Drew and Caroline at Turtlebay divers, they are based at the Sempati Hotel. Very professional whether you are a total novice or an experienced diver.
