Does anyone know where this is located on the engine? I have a manual on disc, but it is about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Searched online to no avail.

Mine is under the bonnet, back of the dashboard, above the engine cover. But,its not easy to locate as its at an angle and you need to be pretty agile to find it.Happy hunting!

Must confess Glynn,my vehicle is a Diahatsu Bega but thats the model for the Asian market so I can't swear that they are exactly the same. However,it does say engine number, but isn't it in your log book?
