Arçelik - Lefkosa - How's THIS for fantastic customer care & service?!

When we moved to Girne, 5 years ago, we decided to buy ALL Arçelik appliances for our home.



All these have endured daily use for the 5 years, except for the 42" plasma TV, which gave several problems - but were all swiftly fixed and returned by Arçelik/Lefkosa. After the 3 year warranty expired, this TV failed again - we paid 400TL for that ouch!



In the middle of September, this year, the TV 'packed a terminal sad' [as we say in NZ!], and Arçelik advised that it was not worth the cost of repair - but, wait for it.............



Within days, Arçelik phoned us again to tell us that they'd been in touch with Head Office in Turkey and the boss authorised them to give us a BRAND NEW Arçelik 42" LCD, HD ready - the lot!



They delivered and set up the brand new TV the following day - yesterday! Naturally, I got straight on the phone to thank them profusely.



Heck, it was like winning LOTTO!!!!!!!!!!!



Good on you Arçelik, and thanks a million!

Thats great Tenakoutou, I also have nearly all Arcelik items and highly reccomend them.

We bought Arçelik 32" LCD TV 18 months ago and are very pleased with it. In UK we have Beko F Freezer and washing machine..both very good too!
