Now work it out, 3 donums @ £40,000 per donum in Catalkoy = £120,000 add a pool @ £20,000 = £140,000

So that's £180,000 for a 600 sq.mt. villa. = £300 per sq.mt.

Builders just don't build them for that.

This is just a question to see if there are any buyers out there !!!!!!!!!

Is there not a bit of a problem with the 3 donums in so far as it is more complicxated than buying one which is what we yabanci are allowed by law. Also there are not many people coming out here buying with that kind of money so you will have to wait for that special buyer. And of course, it is the old story of being worth what it is worth to the person who buys it. When I have something near that money (or the original asking price) I want to be overlooking the sea! But at the moment I come in the category of the 'catches group - no money.

Patience is probably what you will have to have and then you might get even more after the end of the year when all the decisions regarding the future are to be made!

Thanks Groucho. How I wish that was the ruling when we bought. The thought of not having immediate neighbours is a dream we did not materialise here. But when and if we could ever sell it is good to know I could have my own snake filled olive grove!
