Can anybody help me find/re-install channel 4 on my sky system with 1.8m dish. It has disappeared and dont want to bother Iceman. Cant miss deal or no deal after all.

We have a 4.2 mtr dish & we have lost channel 4 it is just a scrambled mess.

Go to services on the remote,press add channels,enter 12480 as the frequency,press down and make sure it is on V,press down and it wants to be on 27500 and fec 2/3,press find channels and store the one you want.

You will have to go into services-other channels though to access them.

And I think ITV is 12402,all the other bits are the same.Please update here if it works on the 1.8 dish.

What happens when you try 971-4 ? What is the messsage on the screen? .. if it is "no satellite signal is being received", then your dish is too small or not aligned :(

Actualy it is ok in the daytime night time it plays up , but it has done the same for the past 5 years @ this time of year the rest of the time it is ok.
