Our regular place was closed today because of - do you believe it? - "drying out"... So, Friday lunch had to be somewhere else. Great little place, nice owner (a Turk, but speaks some Dutch!), good food and surroundings you hate to leave. Here's the picture of our British friends and us (although some of our best British friends are not on the picture: work. Stupids!). Yeah, it's a lousy life in Northern Cyprus, ain't it..?

Scoty, msg 3, thank you for your compassionate reply... Area: Lapta, opposite "Veni Vici" ("I came, I conquered" - silly name for an Italian restaurant, isn't it!).

Oh, Clarissa! Don't frighten the board members! They already suffer from my English - isn't that bad enough..?

Agree Dutch - run by Suat (Ex Silver Rocks) and Sue. A super little place. Right on the sea.
