I have two Doberman Pinscher puppies, ( 9 months old ). I am looking for a Doberman Pinscher( Pure Bred) owner with a Dog to sire my bitch, in about, November when she will be due on heat. (I am trying to avoid my Dog from mating with her as it is his sister!) My Dog is a large, handsome dog who would love to be a daddy to a nice bitch!! ( He thinks his sister is a "nice" bitch!!) Please contact 0533 842 90 73 ( Gerry), to bring on the happy event!!!

Gerry, with so many unwanted dogs here, why bring more dogs into the world. Even if you find good owners, how can you guarantee they will have a home for life. So many English people that intended to stay here, have had to go back, many just turning their pets out onto the streets, would you risk that for the puppies.? If a Cypriot family takes one, a change in circumstances could also mean they could no longer keep it.

Having spent so long, and given them so much love and attention, why not keep your dogs safe and well and take them to the vets for "the operation". That way you won't have other dogs sniffing around your bitch, and your male dog trying to get her. They have grown up together, why not let them stay together without problems. Stella

I hear whatyou say Stella. My vet, a Cypriot would like a puppy. She has kept dobermanns before. The owner of my dogs mother, another Cypriot, who has owned dobermanns for years, wishes also to replace the mother of my pups. She died remember? Three other people who have all previously ownd dobermanns in the uk have also asked me to reserve puppies for themselves as they would like to own dobermanns again!

I agree with Shaun that they should not be bred until 18 months old and I also believe that it is my bitches right to have one litter. After that, she will go to the vets for the operation. Why snip the dog who is a handsome chappie and could mate with a lovely bitch to give another owner, who has homes for her puppies to go to?
