nursing and midwifery jobs!

I would like to move to Cyprus bur need to find work in nursing (health Visiting) or midwifery does anyone know if these services are needed here and what sort of pay do the above get here!

You will most likely need to be fluent in Turkish and have Turkish qualifications - even if they are inferior to UK ones - and a work permit. You're a bit young to have graduated in HV/midwifery at 19 - unless you're asking for someone else.

Unfortunately, the TRNC seems to be a closed shop when it comes to the Medical professions. As has been pointed out your qualifications will not be recognised. This is the same for Doctors, Dentists & other qualified Health Professionals here.

You can work in the south, however language skills are needed. At 19 you cannot have qualified as a nurse, let alone a health visitor or midwife so I presume you are asking for a friend or relative?



Some British nurses manage to find employment in the hotels in the south but jobs are few and far.
